CREATING AND DESIGNATING A PARCEL OF LAND, TO BE INCLUDED TO THE CARMELRAY INDUSTRIAL PARK I - SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE, LOCATED AT CANLUBANG, CALAMBA CITY, LAGUNA, AN EXISTING SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748



Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution No. 11-572 (s. 2011) of the PEZA Board of Directors, a parcel of land, to be included to the Carmelray Industrial Park I - Special Economic Zone, an existing Special Economic Zone, located at Canlubang, Calamba City, Laguna, containing an area of Eighty-Seven Thousand Forty-Four (87,044) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot 1 of the consolidation subdivision plan Pcs-04-010975, being a portion of the consolidation of Lots 26 to 49, 52 to 55, Road Lots 3-A and 10, Pcs-043405-008347, LRC Record No.), situated in the Barangay of Canlubang, Municipality of Calamba, Province of Laguna.
