Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations and Resolution No. 11-450 (s. 2011) of the PEZA Board of Directors, a parcel of land, to be included to the existing People ™s Technology Complex - Special Economic Zone, located at Governors Drive, Poblacion, Carmona, Cavite, with an area of Ten Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty-Five (10,755) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of Land (Lot 562-B-3 of the subdivision plan [LRC] Psd-309479, approved as a non-subdivision project, being a portion of Lot 562-B, Csd-04-001924-D, Lot 1944 Carmona Cadastre LRC Rec. No. N-55900), situated in the Poblacion, Municipality of Carmona, Province of Cavite, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the NE., points 3 to 4 by Lot 562-B-4; on the SE., points 4 to 1 by Lot 562-B-8, Road (15.00 M. Wide); on the SW., points 1 to 2 by (Lot 562-B-2) Lot 562-B-2-A, Psd-04-052458; all of the subdivision plan; and on the NW., points 2 to 3 by (Lot 562-F) Lot 1848, Carmona Cad.
