WHEREAS, on Friday, 19 October 2012, the Province of Negros Oriental marks the celebration of the œBuglasan Festival ;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Province of Negros Oriental the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare 19 October 2012, as a special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Friday, 19 October 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Negros Oriental.
