Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, lease or settlement and reserve a certain parcel of land, containing an area of Ten Thousand (10,000) square meters, more or less, situated in Barangay San Jose, Municipality of Monkayo, Province of Compostela Valley, Island of Mindanao as site of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office XI, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

(Identical to Lot 6538, Pls-3)

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 4067-A, Csd-11-017664, portion of Lot 4067, Pls-3, identical to Lot 6538, Pls-3), situated in Barangay San Jose, Municipality of Monkayo, Province of Compostela Valley, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Lot 4068, Pls-3; on the S., along lines 2-3-4 by Lot 4067-I; on the SW., along line 4-5 by Lot 4067-F; on the NW., along line 5-6 by Lot 4067-D; and along line 6-1 by Lot 4067-E, all of Csd-11 -017664.

Beginning at a point marked œ1? on the plan being S. 04 deg. 18'E., 5,023.48 m. from BLLM No. 03, Pls-3-D, thence:

S.	81 deg.	49'W.,	48.93 m. to point 3;
N.	67 deg.	40'W.,	15.04 m. to point 4;

N.	70 deg.	05'E.,	24.55 m. to point of beginning,

containing an area of TEN THOUSAND (10,000) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by PS Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 50 cm. in diameter. Bearings true. Date of subdivision survey: 25 July 2006 by geodetic engineer Clemente J. Nacorda. Approved on: 12 October 2007.

The parcel of land herein reserved shall be used for the purpose stated herein and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease or other mode of disposition until again declared alienable under the provisions of Commonwealth Act No. 141, otherwise known as the Public Land Act, or by a Presidential Proclamation.

The DENR Secretary is hereby authorized to issue a Special Patent covering the area herein reserved for office site purposes in favor of the Republic of the Philippines-DSWD Field Office XI.
