In view of the rescission of the contract of JEGAL CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION by the OIC District Engineer, Negros 1st Engineering District due to intolerable negative slippage in the concreting of Dobdob MPP, Sibulan, Negros Oriental, the said LEGAL CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION and its officers/stockholders are hereby suspended, effective immediately, for a period of one (1) year from participating in any bidding or entering into any contract with the Department and its line agencies.

In addition, all concerned are also ordered not to release any sum of money to JEGAL CONSTRUCTION and its officers/stockholders pending determination and settlement of its financial liabilities to the DPWH by virtue of said rescission.
