PPA Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 18-2004 dated May 24, 2004 was issued increasing the Free Storage Period (FSP) of domestic inbound shipment of Logs and Falcata discharged at the Manila North Harbor from two (2) calendar days to three (3) calendar days, for a period of only one (1) year starting June 10, 2004.

Inasmuch as the one (1) year effectivity will expire on June 10, 2005, PPA MC No. 18-2004 is hereby cancelled effective June 11, 2005.

As such, the FSP for domestic inbound shipments of Logs and Falcata discharged at the Manila North Harbor shall be reverted back to its original two (2) calendar days FSP, reckoned from the date of the last discharge from the carrying vessel.

This Memorandum Circular shall remain in full force and effect until otherwise revoked by competent authority.
