In view of the findings that some items of delivered Acrow Bridge Materials were found to be non-complying with the DPWH specifications resulting in the rejection thereof, it is directed that, henceforth, in the absence of instructions hereon, no procurement of such type of bridge materials shall be made.

Likewise, strict enforcement of existing DPWH specifications in the procurement of similar bridge materials is hereby reiterated as provided under Department Order No. 160, series of 1990.

This Order shall take effect immediately.
