In view of the rescission of the contract of ARJER CONSTRUCTION, Contractor for the construction of 1-unit (3-c1.) at Manduao E/S, Bayawan, Negros Oriental by the District Engineer Office of the Negros Oriental Engineering District due to intolerable negative slippage incurred and as recommended by the Regional Director, DPWH Region VII, the said ARJER Construction and its Proprietor/owner are hereby suspended/blacklisted, effective immediately, for a period of one (1) year from participating in any bidding or entering into any contract with the Department and its line agencies.

In addition, all concerned are also ordered not to release any sum of money to ARJER CONSTRUCTION and its owner/proprietor pending determination and settlement of its financial liabilities to the DPWH by virtue of said rescission.
