In order to accelerate the implementation of projects costing P1 Million or less in consonance with the objectives of the pump-priming program of the administration, the ceiling of the aggregate value of projects which may be undertaken by administration under each project category in a given district is increased from 25% to 50% of the total value of all projects in each category.

Any issuances or department orders inconsistent herewith are hereby superseded or modified accordingly.  Other provisions on works by administration shall continue in operation.

This Department Order shall take effect immediately.
