In order to accelerate the implementation of DPWH projects in consonance with the objectives of the pump-priming program of the administration and effect cost-savings, Regional Directors and District Engineers are directed to, as much as can be practicable, advertise projects regardless of cost and category, in a single announcement through publication.

All advertisements shall be published without delay in accordance with existing rules and regulations.

This Department Order shall take effect immediately.
