In order to accelerate the implementation of projects under the School building Program, Countrywide Development Fund, and Additional Priority Program for urgent roads and bridges, flood control/drainage, water supply and other infrastructures authorized in the General Appropriations Act of 1993, projects costing not more than P5 Million each under the above-mentioned programs are hereby exempted from the application of Department Order No. 100, s. of 1991, requiring simultaneous bidding.

This Department Order shall take effect immediately.
