Pursuant to the DTI Administrative Order No. 03 series of 2002 - Rules and Regulations on the Issuance of DTI Accreditation of Motor Vehicle Private Emission Testing Centers (PETCs) in relation to DTI Administrative Order No. 07 series of 2004- Declaration of moratorium/non-acceptance of Private Emission Testing Centers'(PETCs) application in specific service areas based on recommendation of DTI Regional Directors, and DTI Administrative Order No. 05 series of 2005 - Addendum on the declaration of moratorium/ non-acceptance of Private Emission Testing Centers' (PETCs) application in specific service areas based on recommendation of DTI Regional Directors, the following Order is hereby promulgated for the compliance, information and guidance of all concerned:

1. The moratorium/non-acceptance of Private Emission Testing Centers (PETCs) application as declared in DAO 07:2004 and DAO 05:2005 is hereby lifted.

2. This Department Administrative Order shall take effect immediately.
