TRANSFER OF CONCILIATION AND CONSULTATION SERVICES TO FOREIGN DOMESTIC HELPERS (DHS) AND EMPLOYERS TO HONG KONG LABOUR DEPARTMENT S LABOUR RELATION SERVICE (LRS)
Based on the information supplied by the Philippine Consulate General in Hongkong, the Foreign Domestic Helpers Service (FDHS) will cease operation effective June 01, 1993.
In view of the above, the conciliation and consultation services to foreign domestic helpers (DHs) and employers will now be provided by the Hongkong Labour Departments' Labour Relations Service (LRS) which has eleven (11) branches all over the territory.
Foreign DHs and employers may approach the nearest LRS branch for inquiries and complaints. Below is a list of said offices for reference and dissemination to domestic helpers.
