[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8713, July 16, 1998 ]
AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE BUYABOD SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STA. CRUZ, PROVINCE OF MARINDUQUE. AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. There shall be established under the supervision of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) the Buyabod School of Arts and Trade in the Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Province of Marinduque.
SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on July 24, 1996 and November 24, 1997, respectively.
