In line with the deactivation of the Garments and Textile Export Board (GTEB), the processing of Certificate of Origin (CO) and Annex III documents for exports of garments and textile to Mexico will be devolved to the Bureau of Customs - Export Offices (bureau-wide) effective July 1, 2005.

All CO forms issued by GTEB will be processed up to June 30, 2005 only. Moreover, the authority of the GTEB signatories to sign these documents is hereby revoked as of July 1, 2005.
