RE: SINGAPORE GOVERNMENT RULING ON CO-HABITATION BETWEEN THEIR CITIZENS AND FOREIGNERS
Our Philippine Embassy in Singapore recently received a copy of a new government ruling prohibiting "co-habitation" between Singapore citizens and foreigners, including Filipinos, working in the said country.
According to reports, penalty for violation of this ban include a fine of up to $10,000, imprisonment and deportation.
Licensed agencies and entities, particularly those conducting Pre-departure Orientation Seminary (PDOS), are hereby enjoined to disseminate the above information to departing contract workers.
