Upon successful completion of the functional and operational testing, Certificate of Acceptance of an IT Facility (CAIFs) for the module of the Law Enforcement and Traffic Adjudication System (LETAS) was issued for CAR Regional Office.

Accordingly, pursuant to the LTO Information Technology Project Build-Own-Operate Agreement of the User Acceptance Test (UAT) Plan, you are hereby directed to commence the collection of the below specified computer fee for LETAS module applicable to your respective site as follows:

This Memorandum Circular shall take effect after publication in three (3) newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines.
