Upon successful completion of the functional and operational testing, Certificate Acceptance of an IT Facility (CAIFs) for the module of the Motor Vehicle Registration System (MVRS) was issued for Toledo City District Office.

Accordingly, pursuant to the LTO Information Technology Project Build-Own-OperatJ Agreement of the User Acceptance Test (UAT) Plan, you are hereby directed to coml mence the collection of the below specified computer fee for MVRS module applicable tif your respective site as follows:

All orders/memoranda in conflict herewith are deemed superseded.

This Memorandum Circular shall take effect after publication in three (3) newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines.
