To effectively monitor deployment of female crew on board yachts under Greek principals, licensed manning agencies are required to submit an individual employment contract authenticated by the Philippine Embassy at Athens, Greece.  This is in addition to the present requirements for the enrollment of vessel and processing of contracts.

This Circular shall take effect immediately.
