IMPORTATION OF COOKED MEAT AND PROCESSED MEAT AT CEPA BEEF SLAUGHTERHOUSES AND MEAT PROCESSING PLANT, BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA
In view of the favorable recommendation of the report on the Argentina mission, which was recently undertaken by this Department, I hereby declare that the prohibition on the importation, bringing in or introduction into the Philippines of animals, animal effects, animal products and meat from the country of Argentina as contained in BAI Administrative Order No. 33-A, series of 1975, correspondingly; amended as follows, to wit:
1. The importation of cooked beef meat for further processing and processed meat such as corned beef etc. are allowed, limited to such items that originate from the CEPA Beef Slaughterhouses and Meat Processing Plant of Buenos Aires, Argentina, and have complied with Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI) and National Meat Inspection Commission (NMIC) rules and regulations.
This order shall take effect immediately.

1. The importation of cooked beef meat for further processing and processed meat such as corned beef etc. are allowed, limited to such items that originate from the CEPA Beef Slaughterhouses and Meat Processing Plant of Buenos Aires, Argentina, and have complied with Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI) and National Meat Inspection Commission (NMIC) rules and regulations.
This order shall take effect immediately.
