PRESCRIBING SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES FOR VETERINARY SERVICES RENDERED BY THE FARM INTEGRATED ANIMAL HEALTH AND PRODUCTION PROJECT OF THE BUREAU OF ANIMAL INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Sec. 54, Chapter 12, Book IV of E.O. 292 (Administrative of 1987) the following schedule of fees and charges for services rendered by the Farm Integrated Animal Health and Production Project of the Bureau of Animal Industry is hereby prescribed for the information and guidance of all concerned.
SECTION 1. Veterinary Services
Repealing Clause: This circular supersedes all other Orders and or Circulars issued inconsistent herewith.
Effectivity: The rates on fees and charges shall take effect fifteen (15) days after publication for three (3) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation and after filing three (3) certified copies to the U.P. Law Center.
