[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10384, March 14, 2013 ]
AN ACT CONVERTING THE EASTERN LINK CIRCUMFERENTIAL ROAD IN THE CITY OF BAGUIO TRAVERSING LOAKAN ROAD AND COUNTRY CLUB ROAD INTO A NATIONAL ROAD AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The 4.947-kilometer Eastern Link Circumferential Road in the City of Baguio traversing Loakan Road and Country Club Road is hereby converted into a national road under the jurisdiction and supervision of the Department of Public Works and Highways.
SEC. 2. The Secretary of Public Works and Highways shall include in the Department’s program the improvement, repair and maintenance of the said road, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SEC. 3. The Secretary of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provisions of this Act.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on March 5, 2012 and December 19, 2012, respectively.
