In the interest of the service and in order to centralize the services of the Taiwan Special Project through the Facilitation and Review Office (FARO), effective immediately all transactions pertaining to Taiwan, landbased and seabased concerns shall be directed to the Facilitation and Review Office.  Landbased agencies shall continue to submit all existing requirements for submission of documents.  For seabased agency requirements, please refer to the Facilitation and Review Office.
