In the exigency of the service and to maintain the current procedures on Tax Credit Certificates, Customs Special Order No. 5-2010 dated February 01,2010 entitled œClearance of ATRIG and AIVECR and Processing/Approval/Issuance/Utilization of Tax Credit Certificates with Authority to Issue VAT/Excise Credit/Refund  is hereby cancelled and revoked by the Commissioner of Customs.

This Order shall take effect immediately.
