AN ACT APPROVING AND GRANTING THE RETIREMENT SOLICITED BY THE DECEASED JUDGE PABLO BORBON AND JUDGE CAYO ALZONA.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:
SECTION 1. The retirement applied for by the late Judge Pablo Borbon of the Fourteenth Judicial District on April thirty, nineteen hundred and twenty-seven, recommended favorably by the Director of Civil Service on May nine, nineteen hundred and twenty-seven and by the Secretary of Justice on June twenty-eight, nineteen hundred and twenty-seven, and that of Judge Cayo Alzona applied for on April twenty-three, nineteen hundred and twenty-seven, and recommended favorably by the Director of Civil Service on April twenty-eight, nineteen hundred and twenty-seven and by the Secretary of Justice on September thirteenth, nineteen hundred and twenty-seven, in accordance with the provisions of Act Numbered Twenty-five hundred and eighty-nine as amended by Act Numbered Thirty-three hundred and four, are hereby approved and granted, and for the purposes of this Act the applications are considered as having been approved and granted before June thirty, nineteen hundred and twenty-seven. The retirement gratuity of late Judge Pablo Borbon shall be given to his widow and children and that of the late Judge Cayo Alzona to his estate.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
