Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:

SECTION 1. The Insular Government hereby cedes to the provincial government of Romblon the concrete storehouse constructed in the municipality of Romblon for coal deposit by the Insular Government and the lot whereon the building is constructed under the condition that the said building and lot be used for provincial government building purposes. 

SEC. 2. Act Numbered Twenty-six hundred and thirty-one is hereby repealed. 

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
