DECLARING TUESDAY, JULY 1, 2003, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN SAN CARLOS CITY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL
WHEREAS, the City of San Carlos, Negros Occidental, celebrates its Charter Day anniversary on July 1, 2003;
WHEREAS, the residents of the City of San Carlos, conscious of the historical and cultural significance of the event, desire to celebrate that momentous day with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, July 1, 2003, as a special (non-working) day in San Carlos City.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
