Pursuant to the agreements made during the 2nd Quarter Management Review last May 24, 2010, the use of LTO-owned or operated vehicle in the practical examination of license applicants shall not be obligatory. LTO-owned or operated vehicles shall only be utilized in cases where applicant fails to present a vehicle for his/her own use.

All Orders, Memoranda, and other issuances inconsistent herewith are deemed superseded.
