Notice is hereby given that the processing and release of Seafarer ™s Identification and Record Books (SIRBs) will be in accordance with the Standard Processing Time (SPT) as provided under item XI of MARINA Circular No. 2009-10 (Revised Rules on the Issuance of Enhanced Seafarer ™s Identification and Record Book (SIRB).

All MARINA Advisories relative to the above subject matter are hereby REVOKED, to wit:

1. MARINA Advisory No. 2009-20 dated August 11, 2009;
2. MARINA Advisory No. 2009-21 dated August 19, 2009;
3. MARINA Advisory No. 2009-24 dated August 28, 2009;
4. MARINA Advisory No. 2009-30 dated October 1, 2009; and
5. MARINA Advisory No. 2009-34 dated December 3, 2009.
