In view of the ongoing review of the POEA Rules and Regulations on the issuance of authority to operate branch offices of licensed landbased and manning agencies, the issuance of new branch authority is hereby temporarily suspended effective immediately. The Licensing and Regulation Office may only process applications that were received prior to this advice.
