On September 30, 2004, this Board issued Memorandum Circular 2004-030, Re: Substitution of Taxi and Mega Taxi Units. Be it clarified that grantees of Certificates of Public Convenience to Operate Taxi Services with wagon type units and Mega Taxi Services operating within Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) and Baguio City are not covered by the application of the said Memorandum Circular. Thus, all operators concerned may continue to operate their units provided their franchises are valid and subsisting.

This Memorandum Circular supersedes any and all issuances inconsistent herewith, and takes effect immediately.
