In relation to Memorandum Circular No. 01, Series of 2005 entitled Revision of MTC Inspection Checklists, please be informed of that the number at hand of the following training equipment (Form 2B) for the course Proficiency in Fast Rescue Boat are revised as stated:

1. Wet Suits - 7 pcs.
2. Dry suits - 7 pcs.
3. Thermal Protective Aids - 3 pcs. Or based on maximum capacity of the Fast rescue boat

This circular shall take effect immediately and all concerned are given sixty (60) days to comply upon its effectivity.
