All pattern of cut portions whether for print or trailer should be claimed within three (3) days after editing. The Board will not be responsible for loss of cut portions after this given date.

Cut patterns not claimed after three (3) months would render null and void the review/classification of the movie print or trailer and thus must be submitted again for review.

Cut pattern should be submitted 48 hours after its release. Failure to do so would merit a P100.00 fine per day late.
