This is to inform you that the validity date of all Permits to Exhibit starts on the date of the issuance of the permits.

However, for purposes of counting the five (5) year validity period of a review for theatrical prints, the date of the review shall be the determining factor. For television programs, the three (3) year validity period of the review likewise begins on the date of review.

This circular further clarifies Circular No. 93-021.
