This is to remind you of the requirement that the MTRCB approval and rating classification seals must be present in all lay-out materials for publication in newspapers. All lay-out materials must show the approval seal upon publication and 48 hours after receiving the classification, the rating seal must also be included.

We have noticed compliance in some publications but incomplete or non-compliance in others. Please be reminded that the penalty for non-printing of the approval and classification rating seals is a fine of not less than P3,000.00 but not exceeding P10,000.00

We expect full compliance by July 1, 1993.
