FINALITY OF THE MASS REVOCATION ORDERS



This Circular covers corporations registered in 1936 to 2000 which were revoked en masse by virtue of the following published Orders, for non-filing of reports, such as the General Information Sheet and the Financial Statements:

The Commission or en banc, in its meeting of May 8, 2008, resolved that
* covered corporations revoked on May 26, 2003 are given until May 26, 2009;
* covered corporations revoked on July 2, 2003 are given until July 2, 2009;
* covered corporations revoked on August 11, 2003 are given until August 11, 2009,
* covered corporations revoked on September 29, 2003 are given until September 29, 2009;
* covered corporations revoked on November 3, 2003 are given until November 3,2009.
* covered corporations revoked on March 15, 2004 are given until March 15, 2010;
* covered corporations revoked on December 1, 2005 are given until December 1.2011; and
* covered corporations revoked on August 2, 2006 are given until August 2, 2012
to file their Petitions to Set Aside the Order of Revocation with the Commission, otherwise the Revocation Order shall become final and executory.
