INITIAL LIST OF COUNTRIES CERTIFIED AS COMPLIANT IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 3 ON GUARANTEES OF THE RIGHTS OF MIGRANT WORKERS OF REPUBLIC ACT 10022



Pursuant to POEA Governing Board Resolution No. 2, series of 2011, and in order to further promote the welfare and protection of OFWs, deployment to the following countries that have been certified by the Department o Foreign Affairs as compliant with the guarantees of the rights of migrant workers required under RA 10022 or where the rights of Filipino workers are protected, is hereby continued:

This Circular repeals POEA Advisory No. 7, series of 2005 on labor markets restricted for the deployment of OFWs in so far as the countries mentioned above are concerned.
