All concerned are hereby alerted that the following POEA-OWWA-PhilHealth e-receipts, which serve as travel exit pass for Overseas Filipino Workers, were found to have been printed in two sets, and are therefore subject to investigation:

Persons with access, particularly OFWs in possession of any of the above-listed e-receipts which have been placed on watchlist by airport operatives, including the Bureau of Immigration, are advised to report immediately and / or check with POEA to avoid unnecessary inconvenience:
