In order to insure authenticity of Re-Export Bonds required to be submitted relative to foreign-registered ships to be operated in the domestic trade, all the required Re-Export Bonds and their renewals, shall henceforth be submitted together with an original Certification from the Chief, Bonds Division of the Office of the District Collector that the same has been validated and approved.
