Pursuant to PhilPost Administrative Order No. 05-17 dated 20 December 2005 on the imposition of 10% VAT on Domestic Postage and other Postal Products and Services effective 01 January 2006, amendment is hereby made on the fee to be collected for International Reply Coupon.

Instead of the P170.00 earlier published, the selling price of International Reply Coupon shall be at P115.00 each.

All other charges and fees indicated in the attached schedule shall remain in effect.
