LISTING OF METHCATHINONE, ETRYPTAMINE, MESOCARD, ZIPEPROL, AMINOREX, FLUNITRAZEPAM AND BROTIZOLAM, (INCLUDING THEIR SALTS, ISOMERS AND SALTS OF ISOMERS) AND PREPARATION CONTAINING SAID SUBSTANCES AS DANGEROUS DRUGS
Premised on the recommendation of the Secretary General of the World Health Organization (WHO) to place under international control the Substances; aminorex, brotizolam, etryptamine, flunitrazepam, mesocard, methcathinone and zipeprol the Dangerous Drugs Board, finding from its own evaluation that said substances have the capacity to produce dependence and likely to be so abused as to constitute a public health and social problem, hereby prescribes, pursuant to its powers under Section 36 (a) of Republic Act 6425 as amended, the following classifications of said substances:

SECTION I. Prohibited Drugs - The following substances are hereby classified as Prohibited Drugs.*
SECTION II. Regulated Drugs - The following are hereby classified as Regulated Drugs* :
SECTION III. Sanctions - Violations of this Regulation shall be a ground for administrative action without prejudice to criminal prosecution if warranted.
SECTION IV. Effectivity - This regulation shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation once a week for two consecutive weeks.
