CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING, LOCATED AT BARANGAY 39, BACOLOD CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748



Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, otherwise known as the œSpecial Economic Zone Act of 1995,  as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s.2000), as amended by Resolution No. 11-066 (s. 2011), and Resolution No. 11-523 (s.2011) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as an Information Technology Center, to be known as the Negros First Cybercentre, which stands on a parcel of land, located at Barangay 39, Bacolod City, with an area of Forty-Three Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-One (43,791) square meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

Lot 112-A-2

A parcel of land Lot 112-A-2, Psd-064501-026934, situated in Barangay 39, City of Bacolod, Island of Negros Occidental.

Bounded on the SW., along lines 1-2 by Lot 1, 2, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15, Psd-064501-026934; on the NW, along lines 2-3-4 by Lot 112-A-2-1; on the SW., along lines 4-5-6-7 by road lot; on the SE., along lines 7-1 by road lot; all of subdivision.

Beginning at a point marked œ1? on the plan being S. 45 deg. 40' E., 472.20 m. from BBM No. 37, CAD. 39, Bacolod Cadastre;
