Upon the recommendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) and in view of the inclement weather brought about by Typhoon œGlenda,  work in government offices and classes in all levels, both public and private, in the National Capital Region and in areas under Typhoon Signal 2 are hereby suspended tomorrow, 16 July 2014.

However, those agencies whose functions involve the delivery of basic and health services, preparedness/response to disasters and calamities, and/or the performance of other vital public services shall continue with their operations and render the necessary services.

This Circular shall take effect immediately.
