CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING WHICH STANDS ON A PARCEL OF LAND, LOCATED AT 7 th AVENUE CORNER 24 TH ST., FORT BONIFACIO, GLOBAL CITY, TAGUIG CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748



Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, or the œSpecial Economic Zone Act of 1995,  as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution No. 11-066 (s. 2011), and Resolution No. 10-564 (s. 2010), as amended by Resolution No. 14-240 (s. 2014), of the PEZA Board of Directors, as an Information Technology (IT) Center, to be known as Twenty-four Seven McKinley, which stands on a parcel of land, located at 24 th St., Fort Bonifacio, Global City, Taguig City, with an area of One Thousand Six Hundred (1,600) square meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Lot 4, Block 7; on the SE., along line 2-3 by Road Lot 9; on the SW., along line 3-4 by Reserved Lot 2; and on the NW., along line 4-1 by Lot 2, Block 7, all of the consolidated subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked œ1  on plan, being N. 51 deg. 51' W., 3629.10 m. from BLLM No. 1, MCadm 590-D, Taguig Cadastral Mapping, thence;
