AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution No. 11-066 (s. 2011), and Resolution No. 14-004 (s. 2014), as amended, of the PEZA Board of Directors, as an Information Technology (IT) Center, to be known as the Aeon Center, which stands on two parcels of land, located at Lot Nos. 2A and 3, Block 45, Filinvest Corporate City, Alabang-Zapote Road corner North Bridgeway Avenue, Alabang, Muntinlupa City, with an aggregate area of Three Thousand Nine Hundred Five (3,905) square meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:
