Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of Four Million Eight Hundred Fifty-Seven Thousand Four Hundred Eight Pesos (PhP. 4,857,408.00), in salary savings from unfilled positions in the Office of the City Accountant for the period January to June, 2014, under Ordinance No. 8329, shall be realigned and appropriated for the payment of overtime and night differential services rendered for the period June 1 to December 31, 2014:
