Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:

SECTION 1. That certain parcel of land situated at Road Lot 15 in Leveriza Street, Manila, Malate, Barangay 721, Zone 78, District V, Manila, is hereby withdrawn from public use as a road lot to be reclassified as a lot for the Land-for-the Landless Program of the City of Manila.

SEC. 2. The subject road lot sought to be reclassified under this Ordinance shall be used as home lot to form part of the City Government's Urban Housing Program to be awarded through sale on installment basis to the actual bona fide tenant/s thereat.

SEC. 3. The City Tenants Security Committee through the City Urban Settlements Office shall oversee the effective implementation of this Ordinance.

SEC.4. Effective Clause. - This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on September 9, 2014.
