Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila in session assembled, THAT:

SECTION 1. Sections 1 and 2 of Ordinance No. 8140, is hereby amended to read as follows:

"SECTION 1. Calle Bodega, being the dead-end portion of T. Ayala Street in Ermita, Manila, situated at Barangay 663, Zone 71, 5th District of Manila, is hereby withdrawn from public use as a road lot to be reclassified as a lot for the Land-for-the-Landless Program of the City of Manila;

SEC. 2. The subject road lot ought to be reclassified under this Ordinance shall be used as home lot to form part of the City Government's Land-for-the-Landless Program to be awarded thru sale and on installment basis to the actual bona fide tenant/s thereat."

SEC. 2. Effectivity Clause. - This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on September 16, 2014,
