WHEREAS, the Municipality of Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro marks the celebration of the œSulyog Festival  on March 17 - 19, 2016;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Municipality of Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro, to celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that Friday, 18 March 2016, be declared as a special (non-working) day;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Friday, 18 March 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro.
