By virtue of the powers vested in me by law. I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby create a committee to study the feasibility of establishing a university geared towards the promotion of better understanding and development of regional solidarity and cooperation among Asians in the fields of economics, education, science and culture, to be known as the University of Southeast Asia.
The Committee is composed of:

The Secretary of Education .........................................................   Chairman
The Executive Secretary  ..............................................................  Member
The President, Mindanao State University  ....................................  Member

The Committee shall submit its report and recommendations within the earliest possible time.
